LONDON’S SOURCE FOR SPORTS - RETURN POLICY

• Returns made physically/in-store are to be completed within 30-days after the date of purchase to receive a money back refund. (subject to final sale)

• Returns made physically/in-store are to be completed within 60-days after the date of purchase to receive a store credit of the amount returned. (subject to final sale)

• Returns of the defective nature may vary depending on the nature of the defect, the stock available, and the discretion of the store or manufacturer.

• Returns being processed through an online order are to be initiated within 30 days of the date of delivery of the product (via the proof of delivery from courier/tracking number) for a refund of the product value. (please note: If the return is based on a reason that is declared ‘customer at fault’ e.g. product didn’t fit, then the customer may be subject to a deduction from said refund to offset the cost of the shipping return.)

• Returns declared under a ‘defective return’ basis will be subject to manufacturer's warranty, and/or discretion of the store for misuse of the product, or its designed intent. If the product is subject to a replacement, this shall be the main objective of defective returns. If a replacement is not available, please see store management for further assistance.
