The R9 series features soft tumbled full grain leather for an easier break in and durability, along with pro style patterns that are seen throughout the MLB. R9 gloves also have padded thumb loops and reinforced palm pad for extra protection. These gloves have leather laces for durability, and padded finger back linings for unmatched comfort. Rawlings has also included a Boa hand opening for a soft but durable feel to these gloves. These gloves feature Rawlings ContoUR fit, meaning that they have lower finger stalls and shorter finger arc length.
