Shin Protection

The Vapor Velocity shin guards continue to use the Vapor X-LITE shield which can be found on many previous Vapor models. This cap design contours around the leg for a closer fit, giving you better protection, a comfier feel, and a deeper fit. This innovative design allows players to move freely without feeling restricted.

Knee Cap & Protection

The X-LITE, deep fit pro volume knee cap offers an anatomical fit around your knee, so you can be comfortable and protected. The angled design helps keep you aerodynamic while skating, and the deeper fit keeps that feeling as natural and seamless as possible.

Calf Protection

The calves are protected with full coverage foam shields that wrap around your entire calf. They are designed for a more comfortable and natural feel while using a tougher strap, so players don’t have to worry about discomfort and adjustments while skating.

Liner

The Velocity shin guards feature a Fly40 sublimated liner & fabric which is designed to provide comfort, but also keep the shin guards dry and cool while on the ice. The FlyPro molded liner is designed to provide comfort to players, it is also removable and is able to be washed which keeps the players gear fresh.

Strapping

The comfort anchor strap allows the shin guards to stay in place and can be found on the back of the shin guards. When properly adjusted, the shins fit snug around the players legs which allows the players to focus on skating and not having to constantly adjust their gear.
