All international shipments, including shipments to the United States of America, may be subject to additional fees, tariffs, duties, taxes, customs charges, or other import-related costs imposed by the destination country or its governmental authorities.

Any and all tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges assessed by the United States Government or any other governmental authority are the sole responsibility of the receiving party. These charges are separate from the shipping costs collected by London’s Source For Sports and are beyond the control of London’s Source For Sports.

The shipping charge collected at the time of purchase is solely for postage and transportation of the shipment. Shipping charges do not include, cover, or contribute toward any tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be imposed by a governmental authority, customs agency, carrier, or other third party.

By placing an order for shipment outside of Canada, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for any additional fees or charges assessed upon importation of the shipment and that London’s Source For Sports is not responsible for, and cannot control, such charges.
