Bauer Vapor Shift Pro S25 Senior Shin Pads

For 2025, Bauer is rolling out the Vapor Shift Pro protective line tailored for the agile competitive player at a more affordable price point. The shin guards are equipped with an X-LITE shield guard, FlyLite molded comfort liner and a deep fit pro volume knee cap.

Shin Protection

The Vapor Shift Pro shin guards continue to use the anatomically molded X-LITE shield cap, as seen in previous Bauer Vapor models. This cap design contours around the leg for a closer fit, giving you better protection, a comfier feel, and a deeper fit. This innovative design is made to allow players to move freely on the ice without feeling restricted.

Knee Cap & Protection

The deep fit pro volume knee cap offers an anatomical fit around your knee, so you can be comfortable and protected. The angled design helps keep you aerodynamic while skating, and the deeper fit keeps that feeling as natural and seamless as possible.

Calf Protection

The calves and surrounding areas are protected with a molded HyperLite foam knee wing and calf guard. The foam is lightweight, flexible where it needs to be and will keep you protected from impacts on the back of the legs. They are designed for a more comfortable and natural feel while using a tougher strap so players don’t have to worry about discomfort while using these shin guards.

Liner

The Shift Pro shin guards use Bauer’s new FlyLite molded comfort liner. This liner is seen on the inside of the shin guards and is designed to wick away moisture and keep the pads light and cool, but it also provides an additional level of comfort while they are being worn.

Strapping

The Shift Pro uses a Dynaflex lock strap, which is the same as the highest-end shin guards in previous Vapor models. They are a bit more flexible and softer than the usual Tunefit straps but just as durable. They are designed to hold the pads steady along the upper portion of your leg while moving and forming with you and your movements.
