The Vaughn Velocity VX1 Pro Carbon Goalie Pants are for the elite level goalie who wants a lightweight pant that offers good protection. Using a nylon external construction wrapped around HD foam padding with Vaughn’s Pure Carbon reinforcement in key areas providing superior impact resistance. The VX1 Pro Carbon pant uses an Aero-Spacer mesh lining giving goalies a lightweight, comfortable lining with superior ventilation. A flared waist allows for goalies to wear their chest protector tucked or untucked while a more anatomical, tapered fit through the thigh gives better mobility while not sacrificing coverage. The VX1 Pro Carbon pant features a wider hip and groin offering more room for a bigger double cup style jock. Molded hip padding with inner cushion pads increase the hip protection while offering improved comfort. The groin uses a large flexible segmented pad that provides good protection while offering unmatched flexibility. A dual belt system gives goalies the option to use the padded internal belt to tighten the pants down to the hips while the external belt is used to set the height at which the pants sit.
